We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make returns and refunds as simple and hassle-free as possible. Please read our policy below for all the details.
1. Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
2. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on certain items, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Newspapers or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
3. Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep this handy to expedite the process.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be issued. This includes:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm we’ve received the returned item. You’ll also be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days (usually 5–10 business days).
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank (there could be some processing time before the refund is posted).
If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us.
7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
8. Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please contact us and send the damaged item.
9. Gifts
If your purchase was a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
10. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary.
If you’re returning an expensive item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
